FO GUAN SHAN TEMPLE!!!

Hello...it's been a long time ever since the last blog...hahas...the past few weeks were sooo busy studying for exams...finally its over and its time for holiday!!!yeah!!=P
hahas...emmm..why did i choose this title for this post?!!hahas..becos on 12,13 n 14 june(friday,sat,sun),i'm helping out with the childrens camp at fo guan shan temple at punggol with junhao and other volunteers...its soo duper fun!!!hahas...
On 11june,me and junhao went there for a briefing at around 7plus pm...went there and look for karen(fo guan shan ppl),she roughly brief us wad to do on the three days of childrens camp..then after that,me n junhao help out with some of the work there as they have alot of things to prepare n they need helpers..as we can n have the time to help,so we stay n help them till ard 10plus..then we went home..
On12june,the first day of the camp,we reported there at 8am...went there have breakfast then start work...as its the first day n its the first time we help out at temple,so in the morning,things were like quite confusing for us..but after lunch time,its ok le as we start to get used to it..oh ya,got lots of comment abt the lunch time..i'm totally not used to it...know why?cos...before eating we need to pray first,then want to start eating also need sooo many steps to brg the food towards us..somemore,eat tat time still must eat quietly,cannot talk,cannot even have sound,then cannot look here look there..isnt it horrible?!!!hahas..but no choice,got to try n get used to it..oh ya,somemore once we brg the food towards us,we must finish every single food in our plate...but not bad lah,went there learn alot of things..
On 13june,which is today,the second day of the camp..today more fun,as there one activity today where we brg the students out to compass point to buy gifts..they were given $2 each and they need to buy gifts which is memorable for their friends.hahas...although they were all very noisy in the mrt but i think its ok de lah..hahas.kids are like tat especially when they get to go out with their friends.luckily,i only need to hold 2gals...hahas..they are sooo cute!!
ON 14june,which is tml..hahas..cant post it today..so next post will be regarding tml's event...n will also be uploading photos for the childrens camp:)
